2008 Booth Rental Rate
Booth Rental Rate $2,100.00
Booth Space Includes:
- Attendee networking functions in the Exhibit Hall
- Company/Organization listing on Website
- Listing on interactive exhibit hall layout with links to Company/Organization website
- Company/Organization contact information and exhibitor prospectus listed in Final Program
- Three (3) exhibitor staff badges per each 10 x 10 purchased
- Exhibition Security
- Standard 8-foot back drape and 3-foot side drape
- Lead Retrieval System
- Exhibitor Service Manual
Cancellations
As stated in the rules and regulations, if an Exhibitor must cancel their booth space or a portion of their booth space upon acceptance of the application, booth fees are nonrefundable.
Details on what is expected from the exhibitors will be disseminated to the designated point of contact for your organization’s registered booth. Much of the process has been designed as an on-line procedure and once the application has been processed the point of contact will be sent an ID and password. This ID and password will be required to access the Exhibitor Login page. On this page you will be able to upload your organization logo, product descriptions, register exhibit staff members, and other information pertaining to your exhibit booth. The point of contact will be notified once the login page is available for submittal of such information. Please make sure when you fill out your exhibit application that the point of contact is the correct contact for receiving the exhibit information for DMSMS 2008.
